Bond to fly North Sea for Premier Oil, as the offshore helicopter operator secures a three year deal with the UK based oil and gas producer.
The deal is set to start this month, and will see Bond supply offshore helicopter transport, for offshore workers, across Premier’s assets on the UK continental shelf.
“This important new business win underlines our commitment to the future of the United Kingdom’s oil-and-gas industry,” said Bond managing director, Michelle Handforth.

The new contract will include flights to Premier Oil’s new Solan field, which is expected to achieve first oil during the second quarter of 2016.
Bond will operate and manage the contract from its base at Aberdeen Airport, where it’s expected to secure additional jobs for the company’s ground crew, engineers and pilots.
“Today’s challenging market demands a clear commitment to safe and flexible helicopter operations combined with a dedication to excellent customer service.” added Handforth.
“As part of Babcock, and with the capabilities of being part of [a] global company, we are better placed than ever to offer a wide range of flexible, expert services to our customers.”
